About Keren Nafte

Keren’s career began in South Africa after completing military service, where he joined a management consulting firm focused on organizational design and team coaching. In this role, he led workshops on leadership, management development, guiding clients through a rapidly changing environment.

In Canada, he launched an Executive Coaching Program focused on CEOs, their executive teams, and portfolio managers, with an emphasis on leadership development and conflict resolution. His commitment to advancing leadership practices also extends to academia; as an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, he taught graduate courses in the Conflict Management Program.

Keren holds a BA in Social Work (Honors) and an MBA from South Africa. He has also obtained various certifications, including the Canadian Securities and Investment Funds courses, the Family Enterprise and Wealth certification from Columbia Business School, and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator^® assessment. His academic and professional credentials provide a strong foundation for his work in leadership and personal development.

A passionate advocate for youth and community, Keren has contributed to several non-profit initiatives. He recently served on the Advisory Board of the Canadian Basketball Academy, supporting at-risk youth through fundraising and organizational strategy.
